Different views for different users

Hello, I have a CRM app, and I have different tables to that I do not want all users to have access. 

For example, one employee needs to have access to maintenance but not to the sales dashboard. Another user needs to have access to sales( but only to the sales he has done, he can't see everyone else sales)

How can I do it?
