Display Prominently Buttons are Fixed at Bottom on iPhone

I just noticed this by logging into an Appsheet application on my iPhone, but it appears in Detail View for buttons that are ‘Display Prominently’ they are now fixed at the bottom of the view rather than floating. Is this another one of those underlying changes that we don’t get a choice with or is it a bug?

Browser view the buttons stay at the right bottom corner even when scrolling:

iPhone view the buttons don’t show up until scrolled all the way to the bottom:
