Display a non first row in the start

I have a table with date as one of the column. When I start the app and view it in detail view type, it starts with the first row and I have to swipe right until I reach the row with today's date. I need the app to start the display with the row corresponding to today.  I tried it slicing the data from today forwards. but in that case I cannot swipe left to view rows which have date before today. Is there a way that it displays the row corresponding to today first and I can swipe left or right from there for past and future dates?

Not really. I'd recommend adding a LINKTOROW action button that will take the user to the current day's record.

Especially since Appsheet will always open up to the last displayed view anyways.
