Dropdown list in app sheet

For a while now I have been manually updating the drop-down list with new items and pricing. Its become a pain recently because prices are changing constantly. I feel it would be easier to manage the drop selection list on a spreadsheet and have the question refer to a column in google sheets to get the list of items. Is this possible with app sheets?

Not having any luck. The information is very vague and does not explain much. It tells you that is possible but doesn’t show how to do it nor give instructions

The issue was the interface between the keyboard and chair. Finally figured it out. I was super over thinking the information presented.
