Dynamic Email with Attachment

Is it possible to create a dyanamic email that has an attachement.

If not could this be a feature request. I have a document that I want to have accepted by a manager and I would like them to view the unsigned document first.

Dynamic email will basically show an app view.

If you have a column with type File, it doesn't show on your side ?

Hi, old thread but i'd like to add to that.

This is a solution i've also been using. However, I have a use case in which, multiple documents are coming from the child records (Expenses, with receipts to validate them). considering there is an unlimited number of child records with documents, A file collumn type would not do the trick. Any other Ideas ? 

I would personally think that adding attachements would be a much easier way to get it done.

In the case you are describing with unlimited files, I agree it would be better to either use attachments or inviting the user to open the app and check directly fro there.
