Hey Everyone
Quick question - Am I correct in thinking that I can distribute an unlimited amount of different apps AND/OR distribute the same app to multiple users? Is there a cap at all to how many people I can send it to?
I will soon need to fire out the same app to potentially 100's of people and want to know if I can expect any restrictions whatsoever?
Even if I sent it out to 100's of millions of people via the AppSheet platform. Would I run into any usage issues about the number of people I'm sending it to? Would google appsheet tell me to calm down at all 😛?
Thanks
Stay safe
Is there a cap at all to how many people I can send it to? No not as far as I know. The only restriction I think there is relates to protype apps which I think limit you to 5 users each
I will soon need to fire out the same app to potentially 100's of people and want to know if I can expect any restrictions whatsoever? I've had a public app with over 2000 users so I don't see an issue. For these apps there is a flat $50 per month cost, but you can't require people to login

Hey Simon, thanks for the msg.
If you have 2000 that would be more than enough for me at this stage.
I think you're right. I remember seeing somewhere 5 users only in the prototype. In the deployed state, it must be unlimited?
Your public app wouldn't have been designed for login purposes though, no?? My app is private for data to be relayed back to me. They will need to automatically login via their AppSheet login and I have security filters to separate the information they're seeing from one user, to another.
Cheers
In order to authenticate users, you’ll need to use one of the AppSheet plans that charges you per user.
