Edit another table column using input button

Hi there

I think this is probably done with input function but i'm a little lost to make it work. 

I have a table called in internal parts and i would like to edit the time value of a referenced part time column from the part library table without leaving the view. Is this possible to do with an action button and the input function??

Any suggestions welcomed thanks

Call a data change action (a referenced action with an Input variable) on the Internal Parts table from an execute an action on a set of rows action defined on the Parts Library passing a value.
