Email recipients send selector or Disable email recipients for Announcement App

can anyone help me I already made an app but I can't create a selector and a disabled email recipient basically what this app do is like it can save email after email is saved the announcement will send emails to the saved emails recipient, but I don't have an email recipient selector or a disabled email selected recipient so that I can only select people I want to email please if anyone can help me new here in Appsheet hehe.

I'm not sure I understand.  I think you are saying you want the ability to select which email addresses to send the document to.

There isn't any included feature that will give you the list of users email addresses - if that it what you are expecting. 

Instead you will need to build a "Users" table that stores the users emails.  You can then use this table to provide the list of emails to your form to allow selection of email recipients.  To add users to this table, you would either

1)  know up front who the users are and add them yourself or some Admin adds them - e.g. employees in a business. 

OR

2)  You provide some kind of registration Form where the user provides their own details including the email address they wish to get emails at (note it might be different than their Login email).

As for preventing emails to certain email addresses, that is something that also would need to be managed in the "Users" table.

If you meant some OTHER kind of functionality, please elaborate...otherwise...

thanks for the answer yup I already have the other table users but the image that I sent was removed I want my disable button to work inside the users tab
