Email template

I want to change the current layout of my email template to something like this: I want this template layout.

From this:

This is the one I currently have.

I don't know if I can format my email layout so It may have multiple columns as I have attached in the start. Please help.

Put a 3 Column by 1 Row table at the top.  The left column would then be:

Name:
<<[Name]>>

Ship To:
<<[Ship To]>>

You should be able to work out the other 2 columns 🙂
