Enum or ref type column in form entry

Hi, 

Would like to know if there's any way around this, but when filling in a form we usually use tab to move onto the next column or field. I was wondering if we tab to an enum or ref field could we somehow start typing which would bring up your list and filter depending on what you've typed without having to manually move your cursor to click on the drop down. In data entry using a mouse slows things down quite a bit.

Although ENTER works to open the field, temporary solution for now.
