Error: Unable to add row to table cannot be converted to type url

I have a prospective clients table I am trying to add entries to. The form to add a prospective client includes reference fields to referring contacts, referring sites. When trying to save its producing the error mentioned. The value it's having an issue with is a uniqueid that is an initial value created by an expression. Any idea what the issue here could be?

Found the issue, the data type was wrong.
