Error: Unable to fetch app definition

I’m seeing the following error for all my apps (5 different apps):

Unable to fetch app definition.
Error: Data table ‘[table name]’ is not accessible due to: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception…

This started happening about 15 minutes ago. Anyone else experiencing this?
