Error: app definition

how do i fix this error, when i open it different account they receive unable to fetch app definitionโ€ฆ

is there a solution to this? i just receive this error just a few moment ago

Not exactly sure but I simply guess that you have been with the free plan and deploy app to yours users for a while wihtout moving to paid plan. Then your account is blocked, based on the error message I see.

the free plan is only for how long?

if the users are already 10 but i delete like 3 to 4 people then invite new people does it consider the app to be block?
