Need help.

I cannot create apps from G-Sheet the option Create apps is shaded gray and its not functionable while in Appsheet it self the Error appeared:

There was an error creating your app. Please try again or take a look at our templates to get started. non-2xx status code"

What does it mean and is there a way to fix it?
