Error in accessing supabase database

I created an AppSheet app back in Nov 2023 and connected the databases to supabase tables. Everything was working perfectly. a few days ago I started encountering errors accessing supabase tables. I tried creating a new database source, I restarted supabase project but to no avail.

when I click on data view source I got the following:

Error: Data table 'all_items_invoices_list' is not accessible due to: Unable to resolve database server host: db.jzgvihfqtxyhxobxihqm.supabase.co.

Hi,

I had the same problem, but it's resolved now.

The thing is, there have been some changes made by Supabase. All you have to do is update the new connection parameters provided by Supabase.

Go to Supabase and follow the screenshot instructions.

Then, go to your AppSheet account settings and update your connection parameters

Do you know if it's possible to connect using Transaction mode (port 6543)? After this issue, I can connect to port 6543, but I can't retrieve any data. I can't figure out how to solve this problem.

I have kinda the same issue, but I can't connect my supabase database, it gives me an error and doesn't pass the test.
Does someone knows what is going on?

I have not solved it yet. I think the problem occured after supabase updated their system. now I am sticking to google sheet and exploring other free alternative from neon.tech
