Error in displaying images

Sometimes after saving the photos, the photos are partially obscured.
I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 with Android 8.0.0 and I use the default app “Camera” to take photos.
What can I do to solve it?

Have you tried to download another photo app than the default Samsung’s?

Sometimes the app saves photos as files and not as images, but the format is always “jpg”.
