Error loading pdf files

I'm getting an error when trying to open a pdf file from my apps

Yes, same thing. Started 2 days ago. Working fine for years then all of a suddenly get errors. AppSheet, what's happening!?

Hi everyone.. FYI, I asked devs to check this.

Thanks @Aleksi Ours started working again for about 2 hours and has now playing the same trick "Error: Failed to load PDF document" We have cleared caches, refreshed and all the usual stuff to no avail.

The documents are created as normal and if we go to Google Drive they are there. The issue seems to be the links to access the docs. They have worked good for years so it must be a Appsheet/Google issue.

I am still having this issue for multiple users. Did this just start working for everyone again or did you have to clear the browser cache first?

It just started working for me in most apps, but one of my apps required to clear the cache first.

How can we avoid this issue in the future?
