I'm having a trouble with this and I can't identify the cause.

In case it's helpful: Looks like an error returned by your data source to AppSheet, which AppSheet is then displaying to you.

Just that the error suggests that your AppSheet app can't connect to its data source due to an error whose root is in the data source, not in AppSheet. So, you may need to focus your troubleshooting on the data provider, not on AppSheet.
