Experience with the business plan

Hello.
I would like to know from any user using the business plan what is the experience of improving the performance of the apps?

Does server geolocation really help?

My users are having a bad experience, as the apps gives connection problems at least every 10 days. The error is much more frequent than we would like, but before thinking about moving to another plan, I would like to understand what the real improvements are.

Hi Laura, may I ask what kind of difficulties you have with your app? Are they always Internet connectivity issues?

The best noticiable improvement should be sync speed.
Pro plan is running 3 server to read and calculate the logic upon syncing, but Business plan is 5 servers. User will get the hand-on feeling that the sync speed to get faster.

If you haven’t already done so, I would strongly encourage you to engage support@appsheet.com for help with this. @Aleksi, who has already responded here, is a part of that team, but a formal engagement via email will likely make resolution of the issue easier in the long-run.
