Upon adding a new task, I wish to determine if it's possible to implement a feature wherein, upon pressing the "YES" button, I am presented with an option to set the task for recurrence every year. This functionality is essential for my workflow, and I'm eager to explore its viability within the app's interaction with both Google Sheet and Google Calendar.

Yes that is correct, but only for certain task

Because AppSheet doesn't have access to repeat functionality, you would need to create separate events/tasks to gCal for example with actions.
