To export data from your AppSheet database directly to a CSV file, you can set up a specific action within AppSheet. First, go to Behavior > Actions and create a new action. Configure this action to be associated with the table you want to export. Name the action, for example, "Export to CSV," and choose the Export this view to a CSV file option.
Next, go to UX > Views and select the view where you want to add this action. Add the "Export to CSV" action to this view.
Once the action is set up, navigate to the corresponding view in your application and click on the "Export to CSV" action. This will automatically download a CSV file containing the data from the selected view. This method allows you to easily and directly export your AppSheet table data to a CSV file, making data management and sharing straightforward.
