Field (column) in app doesn't show up for one particular user?

I have an app that one particular column/field just simply doesn't appear on the form for one particular user when he edits records.  It works fine for all other users and myself.  No idea why.  I have had him clear Chrome browser cookies and site data, no results.  He has shown me his screen so I have verified the malfunction. Any ideas?

If you didn't already, confirm the basics like the column's Show if and Editable if properties don't somehow exclude that user; that user isn't somehow seeing a view based on a slice that excludes the column; etc.

These possibilities have already been checked and eliminated.  I believe this to be a glitch or problem with the user's browser data, just unsure how to resolve it.

Problem resolved, I found that it was an issue that when a new column had been added to the main table a few weeks prior, the unfortunate habit of Appsheet is to exclude the new column from any slices (if they are set to contain all columns, they change without warning to column-specific setups automatically).  It just so happens only the one user was observant enough to even notice.
