File Store for Bot

If you have a "Process" that uses a task to create files, you have the following setting:

File Store: By default, files are saved in the cloud file system associated with the app owner's account. You can explicitly add a file store and use it instead.

I know where the files are saved by default, but I would like to add another file store to my app. i was unable to find how to do this.

Hi, 

I'm not sure I understand the problem. In the settings for saving files, there is the folder configured by default in the app, ok, and then you have the option to configure a folder in the task design within the bot process.

If you are using Google as an authentication provider, all your files will be saved to Google Drive and you can't change that later. With the AppSheet Enterprise subscription, you are able to use Cloud Object Stores https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10106769?hl=en&sjid=771039242499807566-EU

i would already be happy if i cold store the files in a folder shared with me, ist that possible? how would i point to a shared folder?

If you are using Google Drive, yes you can do that if you use the "Add Drive" option and you place that e.g. to your app folder.

where can I find the "Add Drive" option?

Sorry, nowadays the name is "Add shortcut". You can find it from the Drive when you right click the folder > Select "Organise" > "Add shortcut".
