Fix but not update new change for appsheet editor until reload page

Hello dev team,
Recently, especially since the beginning of June 2024, the Appsheet editor often has an error of not accepting changes in the app editor until the page is reloaded. After reloading the page and continuing to edit, the appsheet receives the changes and the save button lights up for the user to save. I think this is a serious error, both I and many users in the Appsheet community in Vietnam have encountered.
I wonder if anyone has encountered this error?

This will happen when multiple users trying to edit the same application. One users changes will be saved and when you want to save the changes it will ask for a reload because it needs to sync the other person's change.

Not so.

I think this is a repeat error of appsheet that happened a year ago when Appsheet changed the interface, but they fixed it. Only in the last 2 weeks has the error occurred again. Accordingly, when the user edits the app structure such as writing formulas, adding tables, adding views, adding actions... the appsheet does not record the above changes and allows saving even though it does not display any errors. To fix it, all I have to do is reload the browser and start over. I would like to confirm that I am the only one editing this app, so there is no old version error here.

I don't understand why this error occurred for a long time without the dev team detecting it and not fixing it completely.
