Is there any technical reason why we are not allowed to put the text size below 18?  I understand that mobile viewing would be hard, but as a developer of web only apps I really would like to take this down to 14 in most cases and maybe even smaller (depends on the font).

Seems like a simple change to make to allow smaller sizes, but would it screw up Appsheets layout engine?

No, I don't think there is any technical reason.  I think it is a carry over from the days when AppSheet was primarily Mobile apps.  However, if they have assumed this is the smallest Font size when implementing their Desktop layouts, sizing smaller could impact dynamic sizing on the pages and cause mis-alignment of components.  Let's hope they didn't make that assumption!!!

Agree with you @scott192 , would love to see this allowed to go smaller.  Can't imagine why it wouldn't be an option since existing apps could just stay at their current values unless changed by the owner.
