Form View Adjustments for a Slice Table Not Displaying Correctly in User Desktop Mode

Hi there,

I need help please.

I made adjustments to the Form view of a Slice table in developer mode. However, when users access the app in desktop mode, the changes I made in the Form view are not displaying correctly. The elements are not in the right order, and the settings I configured in developer mode are not reflected.

I have tried syncing the app and checking the Slice table settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to make sure the view adjustments in developer mode are properly shown in desktop mode for users?

Has the user synced? It's something the user must do from the app, not something you do as the developer.

Otherwise, I'd guess the user and you are viewing different views.

Hi Steve,

Yes, the user synced.

II was checking in developer mode, and the view is Roster_Slice_Form, and the table is Roster_Slice.

However, in the Desktop module, the form corresponds to the original table called Roster

The detail view in the desktop module has no problems; the columns are in the correct order. However, when I access the desktop module and try to edit, the view shows all the columns from the Roster table and not Roster_Slice.

Everything is synced, and I have cleared cookies and cache memory

Please provide screenshots of the views used to access the form.

This isn't actual patient information, is it?

I'm at a loss here. Are actions involved in any of this navigation?

Hi Steve,

No, this is not current patient information
