Format rules problem

area in the photo. reference cell title. How can I change its text color or size? (not table, just title). thank you.

It's not possible with format rules. 

This is what I do on my end : adding an icon and some emojis in the display name.

Otherwise, I suggest you to add a new column of Show type, leaving the display name of the list as " - " and format the show column as you need.
