Freezing / app doesn't work

So I have this problem where my app would just stop working in the middle of my work, just out of nowhere.

I'm talking about where I would work using the app and I wouldn't be able to save the data or when I press the save button, it just goes to an empty page and doesn't do anything. And when I press the back button the data isn't saved and I have to do everything all over again just to face the same problem again.

It has become uneffective and unproductive for my work.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this?

And no, they are using Lenovo tablets with Android.

I’m experiencing the same problem and all my devices are Android, I don’t know if it’s because of the program structure and I read the synchronization and performance recommendations, it improved but sometimes it happens.
