The specifications of the holiday calendar for each region in Google Calendar have been changed.
For example, the Japanese holiday calendar has,
Other observances, which are not holidays, have been added to the Japanese holiday calendar.
If “Other observances” is turned off in the region's holiday settings, the event will no longer appear in the calendar.
However, if we use Google Calendar as a data source in AppSheet, the Other observances will be displayed as data.
This is why the calculation of the number of days related to holidays is not handled correctly.
Can you please fix it so that AppSheet does not get them as data if the Other observances setting is OFF?

It may be a difficult problem, but it is the same Google product and I would like to see it resolved.
For example, is there any way to exclude Other observances by adding a JSON parameter?
Or it would be nice to have an event type added to the calendar column. Then we can exclude them in Slice.
Google support suggested to exclude them based on holiday's Title, but I felt that was not a smart workaround.
