CAUTION!!!!

This sounds like a phishing scam. It doesn't look like an official Google notice and Google would not use this tone in their communications to you. I would NOT click on any button. These are designed to get you to login on a fake screen so your login credentials can be captured. They can then access your real account.

If you feel this could actually be a legit communication, then go directly to your Google account and login. You should see the same notice somewhere in your account - especially if was something dealing with payments!!!
