Trying login to an app with an Apple ID.
After passing Apple security all I get is the message below.
โYou might need permission to access the app โ if so, please contact the application owner to request access. If you already have access via another account you can change accounts below.โ
As far as I can see I gave the user permission by adding as a user in AppSheet?
I have set it to any provider.
I do not have a paid plan yet and the plan lets it be shared with 10 users.
But I donโt understand because the unpaid plan will not allow sign in so how can you test with 10 users?
I set up a list of 2 users.
I set offline mode off.
I set access to app provder.
Am I missing something obvious? Like do you have to pay for a plan before you can let another user access it to test it out?
I think Login needs some work. Like being able to user FireBase etc.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Basically you cannot use sign-in in until you buy a proper licence.
Hi, do you know you could change the Authentication provider. Try to select โAny Providerโ under the user menu.
Thanks. I have set it to any provider.

Nope, as I know, as long as not you donโt deploy, it is free up to 10 users.
I am not deploying it.
But it certainly wonโt let me log on.
You only way I can test it it is to make it public access without a sign in.
There doesnโt seem to be any way to contact to somebody human in sales to discuss what package I might need
You can contact with support@appsheet.com
Thanks. Will do.
