HTML Markdown does not appear in type details

I created a virtual column, with the Longtext type but in the type details, the option formatting does not appear
to choose HTML format.

Ok i have two columns one image and one text.

I need to show both columns in the same. I would create a virtual column with type LongText and HTML format to use the function concatenate()

ok I tested it for you but the result look like this : 

I don't think we can CONCATENATE the image with text..

Try Saving it first and then edit it again making sure it appears as LongText.
