I've been very short in time, sorry. I just saw that you are using LibreOffice to make your HTML. I cannot debug the file completely if you don't make it from scratch, because you may not know exactly what is left. Also, HTML generation from another source leads to a messy code, like all of your inline styling.
I suggest you to take a look at my part 2 and 3 on HTML/CSS templating
We would need to take a look at the code to make sure it's OK. Also, make sure that the margins are properly configured in the template and that the task config has no margin config at all
