I was wondering if it is possible to create a table within a table?

For example, let’s say I have an app for exams, and I have a table called “Exam Results”.

Once I go to the “Exam Results” table, I would like to have two different sections. One for “Maths” and the other for “English”. If I select the maths table I would only have the maths results displayed, and the same for English.

Is this kind of thing achievable?

try creating two different slices for the Exam Results table, then create a separate layout for each slice.
