Help me building Inventory management I am a beginner

1) How to load images of inventorys?

2)I want to store data of inventories in a QR code or barcode from which main item are made from. Whenever i click on main item in those i will scan QR or Barcode which will show me sub items of the main items as in drop down ..

so can some one help me in these case. please i require the solution on urgent basis . If You have solution then do revert back soon
