Help on a valid if

I have this valid if. My data has 00:00:00 in it for this field by default sometimes. I want my users to have to pick something other than 12am since this is for interview scheduling and 12am is not a valid interview time. Shouldn’t my -LIST(TIME(“12:00 AM”)) removed 12am from my valid list?

That did work, I was also editing the wrong table…we have basically 2 copies of the same table for different purposes so I wasn’t testing the formula that I was editing
