Help with column formatting in AppSheet and synchronization with a Google Sheet spreadsheet

Dear members of the AppSheet community, I'm facing a challenge working with a column of data in AppSheet and would really appreciate your help and guidance. My situation is as follows: In my AppSheet application, I have a column that should display numbers in absolute text format, such as "0003041". However, when I view this column in the app, it only displays "3041" without the leading zeros. I would like to know how I can configure this column to display leading zeros, according to the original format. Additionally, I have a question about synchronizing data with a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Is there a way to ensure that the data in my AppSheet app is always in sync with the data in my Google Sheets spreadsheet? If not, how can I set up this sync effectively? Thank you in advance for any guidance and assistance you can offer. Your help will be extremely valuable in resolving these issues and improving the functioning of my application.

Try making the Column Type to TEXT if it is number presently.

Appsheet does a backgound sync every 30 minutes. Also you can keep SYNC ON START option enabled so that the App will sync everytime its opened.

QUICK SYNC option is also available now which immediately syncs apps across devices with same app version without force syncing

Sync: Between the app and the backend
