Help with column names on a table view

I have one user who does not see a table’s column names on the table view, but all other users do see them. Any thoughts on why this would happen?

My first guess would be that there are some user/role dependent SHOWIF functions at play. When you go to Data > Tables > The Columns In Question > SHOWIF field, what does it say?

Can you get a screenshot showing the view with the problem evident, and another of the same view with the problem not evident?
