Help with filtering the Ref results

Hi, I have a Ref column with a dropdown.

The dropdown contains a lot of entries but for my purposes in this instance I want to narrow down the options based on the value of another column in the reference table.

What expression would I use and where would I enter it?

I tried entering something in the Valid IF column but that didn’t return the result I was looking for.
