Help with range of numbers from and to in a column

Sorry I’m just finding out many things in appsheet, this time I want the user to be able to select from one number to another, what I want to achieve is that each employee will be assigned positions example from 1 to 4 or 2 to 8 as a reference I put the edited image, is it possible to achieve this?

You’ll need to capture the top and bottom numbers in separate columns.
