Hi, i use data column to generate List dropdown. It is possible to add, delete or update only one entry in one column ? or need i to configure 1 sheet for each column ?

You could have one table called ENUMLIST with two columns, category and item… Then in your valid if for each, drop a filter on the category… Then you can add/remove to your heart’s content

Then elsewhere throughout the app if you want to use those items, you simple filter the table down using the filter… And you would put this filter in the valid_IF FILTER(ENUMLIST, [category] = “Fruit”)
