Hi i want to get a user input as soon as a Action button is pressed

I am trying to make a simple appsheet where i have an action named Invalid Request
When that is selected by a user i want a dialogue box to prompt like
Reason:
and they can fill the reason box with Text

I tried the input function but its not working for me
Any idea how to resolve this?

INPUT() is indeed the way. You must have done it wrong, how did you do it?
