Horizontal scroll not working

Yesterday, a few clients have lost the ability to horizontal scroll a table view in our app.

I have archived previous versions of our app, and this problem is occurring in each version.

We have observed this problem exists in Windows 11 and MacOS 12.5.1 under the latest versions of Chrome, as well as, in the Opera browser.

No problems in FireFox or Safari and so this is our temporary solution.

I have not had the problem under Windows 10 regardless of your browser things seem to be working.

(I am trying to report this strange issue, but I am not sure who to direct it to or how to diagnosis it further.)

I think I found the horizontal scroll issue. I think the latest Chrome engine has different dimensions for the activate on the horizontal scroll bar. Try clicking as close to the top of the horizontal scroll bar that is possible. (i.e., where the red dot is.)
