How To CrossTab Report

Hello, I have data that I really need to generate in a cross tab type of report - see below. Can anyone provide some instruction and/or a sample of how to do this with AppSheet reports? We’re on Google Sheets and can use GoogleDocs as a template. Data is capture as in the 2nd image below:

In the pivot table, repeat item labels in the categories
then use the functions "Flatten" and "Split" to unpivot the data
