How can I downgrade from Enterprise Plus to Core?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently on the Enterprise Plus plan, but I don’t use any Enterprise features—just the Core features. I’d like to downgrade my account to the Core plan.

The reason for this is that as the app owner, my license level forces all app users to have the same license level. This means my users are required to have Enterprise Plus licenses, even though the app itself doesn’t use any Enterprise-specific features.

I’ve tried to downgrade, but I’m struggling to find a way to do this.
Can someone please advise on how I can move from Enterprise Plus to Core?
