How can I get AppSheet to use the Checkbox Grid question in Google Forms?

I want to use the checkbox grid question widget and have AppSheet make an app from that Grid.

I’m afraid we don’t have “Grid” format exactly in the form view. You could create a separate question for every row if that’s possible.
