Each of the assigned task is given 2 hours period by default for this project. Therefore, whenever there is a task assigned to me at 11am, how do i make sure that the calendar shows the task ends at 1pm? Every task assigned to me has to be automatically have 2 hours period shown on this schedule
change in the Calendar view options the column of end time by a virtual column that adds two hours to the start time
Thank you for your reply! I added the formula [Appointment Time]+2 and refreshed twice but nothing has changed so far. I only have 1 time column [Appointment Time]. Can you tell me what I did wrong? Thank you
star time field and end time don't must be a same information.
need to create a virtual column with this formula: [Appointment Time]+2 the virtual column you will call her " Finnish Time"
now you change the end time field with the virtual column: Finnish time
