How to Drag Table rows up and down for prioritize?

You can't drag rows in AppSheet, you can sort using your column tho, so you can set a numeric value and sort by it in order to get a sort of priority scale

How do you create action button for moving up or moving down? Can you share screenshot on how to do? I tried so many time but it does not work at all
