How to Select all items assigned to a user with a specific status

Hello,

I am trying to write an expression in an automation to send Weekly Reminder Emails to users with Tasks assigned to them where there Status is not Complete. The problem is I am currently sending indiviaul emails per task.

I would like to send ONE email per week that includes ALL assigned Tasks with the status not Complete.

I believe this would be a SELECT statement just not sure how to write it.
