How to add the allowed values in enum quickly

Hello! I have a column that is enum type, I have a long list of values in my spreadsheet, although for them to appear as valid options in the app I need to add all those values in the editor, and the only way I have found to add them is one by one. As I have almost 600 values, I would appreciate a solution to copy and paste all of them only once.

Edit: Also for a large collection of 600 values that you have , you may wish to do further categorization of those 600 values, if possible by say division, department, section and employee etc. for example. It may be user friendly to have values selected in in couple of steps, so the user may need to make choices from fewer options.
